Terms of service

What SideGrind is
SideGrind is educational analysis software for poker players. It reads hand-history files you already own and turns them into statistics, observations and study suggestions. SideGrind does not accept wagers, hold player funds, deal cards or facilitate real-money gambling of any kind, and it does not assist play while you are seated at a table.
Your account
You must be old enough to hold an account with your poker site in your jurisdiction and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may only upload hand-history data you are entitled to use, and you are responsible for complying with your poker site's own terms regarding hand histories and third-party software.
Trial, subscription and pricing
The 7-day free trial requires no card and begins when your first supported hand-history file is successfully reviewed — not when you create your account. After the trial, continued access to new reviews requires a subscription at €4.99/month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled.
If your trial ends and you do not subscribe, you keep read-only access to your existing saved History and My Game data; running or saving new reviews is paused until you subscribe.
We may change the price with reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal.
Accuracy and limitations
Statistics are calculated deterministically from the files you provide, but results depend on the completeness and format of those files. Coaching observations are heuristic study guidance, not solver-verified strategy and not financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and results. The service is provided on an "as is" basis; to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect losses, including lost poker winnings.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, scrape or reverse engineer the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload data belonging to other players without permission.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time — see our cancellation and refunds policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
