Free trial

The 7-day trial needs no card and never converts into a paid plan by itself. If you do nothing when it ends, you are not charged — new reviews simply pause while your saved History and My Game data stay readable.

Cancelling

The subscription is €4.99/month, billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link on your review page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future payments; you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to read-only access to your saved data.

Refunds

You can cancel future renewal through the "Manage subscription" link at any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

This ordinary cancellation policy does not limit any statutory consumer cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law. Where applicable law gives you a cooling-off, cancellation or refund right, SideGrind will honour it. You can also contact us through the support form on the home page to exercise that right or to report an incorrect or duplicate charge.

Nothing here removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK or EU law.

Deleting your data

Cancelling keeps your saved reviews available to read. If you want your account and saved review data deleted entirely, ask through the support form — see the privacy policy.
