Who we are

SideGrind is a small independent poker analysis product operated from the United Kingdom. Questions about this policy can be sent through the support form on the home page.

Your hand histories

Hand-history files you load into a Full Review are read and parsed entirely in your own browser. The raw files, hand text and card-by-card detail are never uploaded to our servers and are never stored by us.

When you choose to save a review, only structured aggregate results are stored against your account: counts and percentages, position and stack-depth breakdowns, coaching findings and study priorities, plus basic session metadata such as the date and the number of hands analysed.

Account and billing data

We store your email address and authentication details through our hosting and authentication provider, along with your access state (trial start, subscription status and renewal date). Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Support messages

If you use the support form, your message, email address and any file you voluntarily attach are emailed to us for support and testing purposes. Support attachments are not added to your analysis or stored in our database.

Support endpoints may temporarily use your request IP address in memory to enforce rate limits. That IP is not stored in our database, included in the support email, or used for tracking.

Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (support email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to run and protect the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to delete your account and saved reviews at any time via the support form. We keep saved review data for as long as your account exists.

Cookies and browser storage

Supabase uses browser localStorage to keep you signed in across visits. Our own app code does not install advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking scripts.

Our hosting, CDN and security layer (Cloudflare) may set necessary security or bot-management cookies such as __cf_bm to protect the site from abuse.
